Dear SDL team,

 Can you help me please with the installation of the SDL2021 upgrade I purchased on my new laptop? As far as I know I am entitled to both run SDL 2021 on my desktop and on my laptop. I managed to upgrade the desktop version, but there seems to be no upgrade possibility left in my downloads & licences for my desktop. It could have to do with a previous version being installed on my old laptop, but I am not sure how to deactivate that so that I can install the program on my new laptop. And subsequently how I can make my TMs available on my new laptop.
