I had installed and activated SDL Trados 2019, however, when I tried to open Multiterm, it said: "A root element is missing". I tried some solutions I found on the forum, but it didn't work. So, I decided to unistall both programs. When I installed them again and copy my student's license, it says: "Activation failed. No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code".
