Copperleaf recently purchase an upgrade to Passolo Team10 from Team5. I am having trouble upgrading my license. After I execute the upgrade install, I didn’t see any change in my Passolo about page.
I guessed that I needed to deactivate my current license and punch in the new activation. So I try to deactivate.
I get this error when I try to deactivate. Am I going about this the right way? I've also try to uninstall Passolo all together and reinstalling using the ugrade exe. Same result. Please help.
