Hello everyone,

I just purchased SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance but I didn't receive any email with the activation code. It's my first time buying one of your products, so I'm not updating any previous licence.

My order has been processed and the payment has been received since I was able to download the software.

On my SDL account > licenses, my new product is not even displayed, so I cannot see the activation code here either. I just got a 30-days trial license but I paid for the full license.

Please help! Thanks in advance for your kind response
