Hi,
I currently have a student licence supplied to me by my university for SDL Trados 2021. It was working great however I had to completely reinstall Windows because it somehow kept crashing for some reason I couldn't figure out. When I went to reinstall SDL, it prompted me to enter my activation key. I then used the same one I used back before all that and it says it's expired. Is there any way the licencing team could help me with that?
