the movement of ticket can be done internally? or should i log a new one under "SDL Trados"?

Basically i have contacted alterian team first where i have been referred to here. And since we are approaching Dec 31 2020, where we have seen one note as licence end date, we are really worried whether my systems can be still accessed or it will break after that. Need some next level support to sort this out ASAP on the remidal actions.
