When in my account > DOWNLOAD - we click on the files and nothing happens. We checked on various computers same issues. We tried to download different materials from other webstes, no issues at all.
Could you send me the installation files via WETRANSFER for instance in order to urgently address this issue?

Could we resolve this quickly by sending me over the zipped files to install the software again on my machine?

Indeed... same for many users reporting this recently. It is easily and quickly solved by either upgrading Chrome to the latest version, OR, install and use a different browser.
