Question

Windows 10 Pro 64bit 
 I have been using the freelance studio 21 for a few months with the deepl plugin - suddenly I am unable to translate in the editor using the cloud translation memories. 
 I didn't need./use an "your Language Cloud account administrator" for the installation or otherwise and have been unsuccessful finding a hint in the knowledgebase for contacting such actor. 
 Any help is greatly appreciated and the sooner the better as I have deadlines to meet ....
