Unable to sign into SDL Account: Message: Your SDL ID is not linked to any SDL Language Cloud account. Create an account or contact your Language Cloud account administrator.

Studio 21 Win10Pro 64 -  Studio 21 w/ DeepL plugin - current updates.

Creating an account prompt: 

"An account has already been linked to your organization. We recommend that you contact your account administrator for helping you with the user configuration. Alternatively, contact the support team"

Unable to find how to "Alternatively, contact the support team"

Do not have an account administrator (installed and updated studio 21 and deepL plugin all by myself) it worked for a few months until suddenly it doesn't.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

    A support ticket has been logged so that you can get the help you need.

    The email address that will be responded to is ####at@ not the ###en@.

    I do however note that it appears that you havent actually activated Studio 2021 yet (which may explain why you cannot access the Language Cloud.

    Please close Studio and then reopen- you should then be given the options of continue in Trial mode or Activate ( you need to select Activate Studio option and NOT Language Cloud)

    Now you can use the activation code

    to activate Studio.

    Once activated, you should then be able to access Language Cloud.
