Bur, just to bring to your kind notice that I have freelance plus license and my account shows only one license where as I am not using any license at present. Could you kindly look into this and do the needful. I would be indeed grateful to you. 
I am very keen to upgrade once this issue is resolved.

Hello,

Freelance licenses can be upgraded without deactivating them from Studio. This is an exception for Freelance licenses, please refer to this article for more details: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039975

Thank you for your kind support. 
unfortunately Today morning when I activated license on my laptop it was successful, but when I restarted my laptop I got the same error about which I have already raised the issue with you. Activation failed " Please provide quantity less than or equal to the remaining quantity 0". 

I cannot use my desktop and now laptop has also become useless for using SDL. Just to give a last chance I am changing my primary drive to SSD on my laptop. If you can help me by resetting the license one more time I feel I can give a last try. Otherwise solution rests with you.

So kind of you. I have given my laptop for changing the primary drive. I will be getting my laptop tomorrow morning. Once I get it I will activate the license and let you know.

I activated my license on my new Laptop. Everything is Fine. I am able to work online and Offline. It’s your kind support that has finally given me a sigh of relief. 
I have not tried on the desktop. For the time being I will continue with my Laptop.
