If you have a Studio Freelance License, you can deactivate the license by following the steps provided here: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545.
If you have a Professional License or you cannot deactivate the license on your end, please let me know and I'll raise a Support Case on your behalf.
