I have Trados Studio Freelance Plus ver. 2019.
One of my license cannot be deactivated online.
I see an error message, as follows, every time I try to deactivate.

Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded.
Off-line deactivation followed by on-line activation can be done,
I want to have some advice.
This is a self-replay.
I initialized my PC and reinstalled related software again to find activation function warks well.
The root cause is unknown, but anyway I am happy now,
