I want to upgrade to Studio 2021 from my current Studio 2019 version, but in my account there is only a Studio 2017 licence number. I bought my first licence with another email address than the one I use as a vendor, so maybe that is the problem. What do I need to do to update the licence number in my account ?

The 2017 licence is a starter licence. The 2019 licence is a Freelance licence. If you want to upgrade your 2019 licence you will have to do this using the same account you have the 2019 licence in. If you like we can merge your accounts (I can see they are both you) and then you'll have everything in one account?
