Hi!
I bought a brand new laptop and after I installed SDL Trados I wanted to activate my license. However, my SDL accounts shows that somebody else's using my license. I know this is impossible, because I wiped out my old computer completely, including SDL Trados.
I don't know what's wrong, but I would appreciate some help! :)

I really doubt someone is using your licence. More likely you didn't deactivate your licence before wiping the old computer... perhaps?
You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for SDL Trados 2017.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
