re-activate license

Please,

I need some help, I have uninstalled Trados from my computer because of an error message, but now the license status on my account is as if I hadn't been using it (available), while in TRADOS it shows as activated.
How can I re-activate it? I have looked through videos and haven't discovered how to fix the problem.
