I can not enter into my account anymore since this morning, it says that I have reached the max number of users but I'm using it in the same computer as every day, I didn't put it in another computer so it should be fine, I don't know why is it happening. I purchased a Freelance License for a year in August, so I still have plenty of lincense's time.

It asks for my activation code again but I don't find it anymore. My name is Álvaro Martín Azuaga and my ID is: 455352

Could you please help me? I need Trados for work so it's a urgent matter.
