I am trying to download the 2021 SDL.exe but nothing is downloaded. I have SDL 2011 on this laptop and I wonder if I have to uninstall it before moving forward with the 2021 version.

Hi Silvana Gilbert,
The 2011 version will not interfere with the new version installation.
The download fails sometimes on one of the major internet browsers. Try using a different browser to download it.
