It would be helpful to know exactly what errors are being thrown.

Posting the full error stacks is also very useful.

Ensuring everything is up to date (including Studio) can also resolve quite a lot of mysterious errors.

thanks for dealing with this.

As for the big&long message there is no save icon anywhere to click.

This is how it looks:

And I am sure the MyMusic folder is some self-appointed protagonist of this mystery.

As for updating, I downloaded this last evening, so there isn't anything else I can do on that front.

I will try to click around to see if other error messages also come up where a save icon enables the creation of a full stack of messages.
