Trying to activate an update to SDL Trados 2021

Hi,

I have been trying to update to SDL Trados 2021 Freelance and followed the steps sent by SDL.When I get to the step of deactivating the 2019 license from within the application I get this message:

I don't have a system administrator, since I'm selfemployed. When I get to my SDL Account, my 2019 license is not there anymore and I have no option to reset my licenses.

Could you please help me with this issue? I have been struggling for more than half an hour trying to update.
