Hi. I would like to upgrade from 2019 to 2021, but when trying to deactivate the 2019 licence, a message appears: Deactivation failed. Login for this product key has been restricted. Contact the system administrator for assistance.
Is there any way I can deactivate the licence?

This usually happens when trying to deactivate a license which doesn`t exists anymore, because it was upgraded or other reasons.
To deactivate Studio 2019 locally on your PC you can follow the below steps:
Note: If you can't find the path above open Windows File Explorer, click on View and check "Hidden Items" checkbox.
