Yes- you can purchase the upgrade now, and upgrade and install whenever you wish. There are no time limits for this.

You do not need to upgrade both machines at the same time.

Yes- you can continue to use Studio 2015. 

It is worth noting at this stage, that once you upgrade your license in your account, you can continue to use Studio 2015 until-

a) you manually deactivate the license

and/or

b) upgrade your Operating System

I am sorry, I have another question...

I did not mention that I intend to buy a new computer since mine is too old to be upgraded.

Do I need to reinstall SDL Trados Studio 2015 on my new computer before proceeding to the upgrade to the new version?

Or the only thing I have to do is manually deactivate the 2015 license on my old computer and install SDL Trados Studio 2021 on my new device when ready?
