Hello. Is it possible that I can only upgrade my SDL Trados Studio 2015 Freelance license up to December 2020? I got an email stating that the upgrade path for the 2015 version is expiring soon and if I do not upgrade, I will have to buy a new license.

The final upgrade paths from Studio 2015 (no longer supported) will be ending soon, so it's important to upgrade now, to avoid having to purchase a new license later.
You can purchase the upgrade now, and install as you need (recommended on a W10 machine- W7 is no longer officially supported).
