I have recently upgraded my computer and I would like to move my licence for SDL Trados 2019 from the old PC to the new one. However, when I try to deactivate the licence on my old computer, I get the message "Deactivation failed. Revocation is not allowed for an expired licence". However, I have around 240 days left on this licence. How should I proceed to deactivate my licence on the old comp and activate it on the new one?
