Hi,
My old computer broke, i.e. I do not have any access to that one and I would like to transfer my Trados Studio Freelance 2017 licence onto my new computer. I already downloaded Studio Trados 2017 on the latter. Do I reset my licence? What to do next?
For the avoidance of doubt, there is no possibility of me deactivating the licence on the old computer as it was completely dead and has been recycled.

If you remembered to deactivate your licence before you lost access to your old computer then all is well... just activate with your licence code. If you didn't remember then try a force return.
You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for SDL Trados 2017.
