Issue deactivating my license

Hello team,

I hold one license for Studio 2017, and I sometimes switch from my PC to my laptop and vice versa. Lately I've been working on my laptop, but now I need to deactivate my license to set it back to my PC, and it seems impossible to do so. I get the error warning enclosed to this message. I still can use Studio on my laptop, which is a good thing already, but I'd rather use it on my PC, so I really need to switch. I had no issue deactivating it from my PC last week... Can you help me with this issue? Thanks!
