Licensing issue after reinstalling Windows 10

HI there,

I had to reinstall my operating system. I forgot to deactivate Trados prior to doing it and now I cannot activate the license. I was told that I can reset it, but that doesn't work unfortunately. All I get is an error message.

Is there any way to reset the license or deactivate it? I have the Freelance Plus and I only need to reset the most recent activation.
