Hi,
I have bought the Studio 2021 Freelance version. I received an invoice (#627201) saying that my payment has been made and my request processed.
Yet when I go to the Licences or Downloads tabs in my account, there is nothing related to this purchase.
Maybe the system needs some time to process my payment, but I thought it was instantaneous when we paid by card.
Could you please tell me what to do? I really need this new version as my free trial is about to expire.
