I am unable to create packages with SDL Trados Studio 2021, Freelancer Plus version (it is in Gray colour and not selectable).
Is this feature commonly disabled for my version or is it an issue?

It is not possible to create project packages with the freelance version of Studio.
If you need to create packages (to send to other translators) you will need the Professional version of Studio.

Hi, I wonder what would be the process where you Create a Studio project, send a project package for translation, the translator translates and sends the work for review to a reviewer, the reviewer sends the reviewed work back to the translator for accepting/rejecting and finalizing the work, and the translator returns the work back to the original project creator. It seems that SDL Trados Studio does not support this kind of work flow with file-based projects? So if you have translation+review+correction work flow where the work is done in different places, this cannot be done with Studio packages and with Freelance versions?
