The window “package contents review” stays blocked, with the "Next" button grey rather than green, so there's no way to continue, no way to work on the project and I must ask the client to send me a new Sdlx file, which also may not open.
Via Chat I've been advised to rename SDL user files on the local C disk in Windows: that has not worked.
I wasn’t expecting such trouble when paying €400 for software.

Is this a local folder or are you using perhaps cloud storage such as dropbox/google drive etc.
Also can you please confirm the file extension of the package please.

Packages are either saved on desktop or directly opened (when opening works) from client’s e-mail message.
