Are you a Windows 7 user? If you are you need to make some additional changes because this is an old and unsupported operating system.

If this isn't the problem please advise where yo are attempting to download from... the appstore website, or through the appstore integration in Studio?

I am a windows 10 user; the computer is new; I have different licenses attempting to download my SDL account; for almost 10 years never had such a problem.
If this isn't the problem please advise where yo are attempting to download from... the appstore website, or through the appstore integration in Studio?

This isn’t the AppStore which was the title of your post. You mean downloads of your actual Studio or MultiTerm software?
