I have not yet heard back from anyone regarding a couple messages I've sent looking for help with upgrading from 2015 to 2021.

I need to upgrade from 2015 to 2021. Is it alright if I start with the download of SDL Trados Studio 2021 CU2, or am I supposed to do that at the end? 

Response: It's perfectly alright.  SDL Trados Studio 2021 CU2 is a full installer in its own right.

So, do I still need to go through the process of deactivating 2015 and upgrading to 2017 and continue the process until I get to 2021. I believe that is what I was told by customer service. If so, I have not been able to find the SDL License Server Manager in order to complete the process of deactivation and upgrade. I was told it was in "downloads" in our SDL account, but I couldn't find it. Then I was sent a picture of the download, which ended up being SDL Trados Studio 2021 download, so I'm not sure what to do next. Please help. Thanks! 

Hi, my name is Aubrey. I'm following up on the inquiry left a couple days ago. I need help either finding the SDL License Server Manager that's needed in order to go through the deactivation and upgrade process from 2015 to 2021 or how how to do the upgrade without it--if that's possible. 

Since I have not yet received a response, and we need to complete the upgrade ASAP, we would like our IT person to speak to someone from SDL support. Please provide us with a number or email so that he can contact someone regarding the upgrade.
