Last week I bought the upgrade from Trados Studio 2017 to 2021. On Monday 30.11.2020 I received confirmation from SDL that the order has been processed and payment received, but I cannot find the license available for the upgrade to Trados Studio 2021 on my account? Can you tell me when it will be available? Thank you Maria

You simply need to process the upgrade in your account as follows-
Just follow the instructions and the new 2021 activation code will then be available.
