In 2012 I bought a License for SDL Trados Studio 2011 Freelance Plus that was installed on a computer that crashed.
I tried to download the software again from my SDL profile but downloading doesn't work.
I kindly ask you to help me, as I do need to download it on a new computer.

Try using a different internet browser to download the software. So, for example, if you used Chrome, try using Microsoft Internet Explorer or Edge. Or, if you have it installed, Firefox.
That should solve the problem.
