Can't find my Installation ID when try to activate Trados 2021

Hello, 
 I have purchased SDL Trados Studio 2021. 
 But I cannot activate my software because I don't know where I can find my Installation ID. 
 Can anyone help me?

 Please log into your account and go to Licenses. 
 Here you will find the activation code for Studio 2021

 Are you trying to activate your license offline? If yes, please refer to this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039784 
 At step 3, when you copy the activation code in the Activation code window the Installation ID is automatically displayed. 
 If you`re trying to do something else please provide us the exact steps so we can help.
