At step 3, when you copy the activation code in the Activation code window the Installation ID is automatically displayed.

Actually I'm online all the time, so I don't know what to do to activate the license... :( 

the hard disk of my PC had to be replaced, I have to reinstall all my software, and trados Sudio 2021 for which I have a license but I don't have the installation CD (no activation) that they ask.

They would't accept the activation code instead...
