Can you help me deactivate a specific license?

Hello!

We are having a new issue with another license of ours. It seems it still displays as being "Active" on the Licenses list page, but it seems to have been deactivate in the instance of Studio that our translator was working.

Upon trying to reactivate Studio with this code, we received a "This license is already active" message. We worked around the issue by issuing a different code to reactivate this Studio. 

However, the first license is still unavailable. Could you deactivate it for us?
