Deactivation of SDL 2019 license on a computer to which I have no access (hard drive failure)

My computer's hard drive has become defective. I have ordered a new computer and am meanwhile using a temporary old one that I need to install Trados on so I can continue working.
So I need to deactivate SDL Trados 2019 on the defective computer but no longer have any access to it.
I have tried the offline deactivation option in the license section of my account. It generates a page that says "offline deactivation certificate" but when I click on "confirm offline deactivation" I get an error message ultimately leading me here.
I also received an "offline deactivation authorization" email that says "Please find below your offline deactivation ticket. This ticket can be used by your SDL Product to perform an offline deactivation." But I no longer have access to my SDL product!

I then went to the download section and tried downloading the sdl trados 2019.exe file to my temporary computer thinking maybe I could do something there, but it will not let me download it. 

Help. What do I do now?
