My old laptop has broken, and I cannot access it. I need to deactivate my license remotely (SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance) in order to be able to activate it and start using it on my new laptop. How do I do this? Thank you in advance.

You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for SDL Trados 2019.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
