Hi,
I purchased an upgrade from Trados 2017 to Trados 2021. The problem is, when I try to dowload Trados 2021, nothing happens, the dowloading doesn't start at all.
To download, I am logging in my SDL Account, then going in Downloads and clicking on the Dowload button for Trados 2021. I tried using the FTP alternative too but it's the same issue, the dowload doesn't start.
