a problem with Trados 2019 Freelance - it suddenly closes down in the middle of translating

Dear Producer

I was referred here by your Polish representative office as I complained to them about the constant and pesky problem with Trados 2019 Freelance.

I'm writing to you to express my deem dissatisfaction with the quality of this version. It keeps closing down in the middle of my work, out of the ordinary, and sometimes during one big translation job and during one day of work I have to open the software e.g. 15 times! Your Polish reps tried to help, but to no avail. Any patches I downloaded don't help either.

That's why I would like to make a complaint about this version. I spent a lot of money on the update so it doesn't make sense to me now coming back to the previous version which worked well...

Consequently, I kindly request you to:

1. efficiently and promptly solve my problem, maybe remotely via e.g. TeamViewer

2. refund my money for this update if I'm not able to use it with its full functionality

3. update my version for free to another one, which will work properly, like the old ones.

I hope this matter will received your immediate attention and be dealt with as soon as possible.
