I have a problem with upgrading my license: so far I was using SDL Trados Studio 2014 Freelance Plus, two years ago I bought the upgradeto
SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 CU7, but have never upgraded my Trados 2014 (I know). Meanwhile my computer broke and I am trying to install Trados 2019 on the new one, but cannot upgrate the license (I got the message: "An error has occurred in the upgrade process.").
Is there any way to fix this problem?
