The first thing is don't post your licence code into a public forum. I have hidden it in your screenshot. Please note this text when you create a post... it's there to help you:
Did you try simply deactivating your licence in Studio or following the process here (you also didn't tell us which version you use so here's all solutions):
For SDL Trados 2007 and SDL Trados Studio 2009 use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
For SDL Trados 2011 and SDL Trados Studio 2014 use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
For SDL Trados 2015, SDL Trados Studio 2017, SDL Trados Studio 2019 and SDL Trados Studio 2021 use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

Hi Paul,
thank you for your help and for hiding my informations, it was reckless of me not to.
I am using Studio 2019. I restored my PC and forgot to deactivate my licence in Studio first.
Now that I have reinstalled Studio 2019, they're asking me for the activation code, which does not work as I am still considered as connected.
I even tried to reset my licence but the message "an error as occurred" appeared.
Thank you,
Sarah
