Hello,
I have Trados 2019 and have recently paid for the 2021 update.
When I try to download the updates (there are two apparently), nothing gets downloaded. It is not very user friendly to say the least.
Can you tell me how to get my updates now I have paid for them.

I ended up pasting the ftp address in my browser and it downloaded the files in my Download folder. Strange method I though but anyway it worked. I use Google BTW.
