Unable to install Trados 2021

Hi,

I downloaded SDL Trados Studio 2021 and SDL MultiTerm 2021 CU1 Desktop Installer from Downloads to upgrade the 2019 version I've been using.

But when I try to install them on my computer, this error message is displayed and nothing happens.

Can you please help?

Error message in SDL Trados Studio installer saying 'An error occurred and the program was aborted. You can try running the program again but if the same problem repeats, please generate a debug log and contact technical support. SuiteLoadException Error reading the suite file.' with a file path and an OK button.
