I have to many problems with Studio 2021 so I would like to re-install Studio 2019. When I a going to my client space where are all my licences, I dont’ find Studio 2019 ? It has disapeared. What can I do and how can I install it then. I don’t want both Studio side by side. Just 2019 again.

The 2019 license was removed from your SDL account when you upgraded it to 2021 version and the upgrade process is not reversible. More details in this article which describes the license upgrade process: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039975
You can still use Studio 2019 but only if you have Studio 2021 installed and activated on the same computer: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0033843

Thank you very much Sorin. I’ll do like that but unfortunately I delete completely Studio 2019 so I can’t reinstall it… how can I get it again ?
