Cannot get activation code to work

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are upgrading our SDL Trados Studio from 2019 version to 2021 version. I got instructions for how to do this, but the instructions did not work, so I needed to use support to reset to 2019 license. When the license was reset, the email address under "sold" got automatically changed from the Norwegian contact address to the Danish contact address. Support could not change this email address back.

However, now it seems like the 2021 license is active, but the activation code do not work. I get either an error message (165) or "Activation failed. No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code". This is strange, because no one in our office have access to the 2021 version now.

Before we did not use the activation code, but had a license server name instead. This I cannot find anywhere in our account information.
