Hello!
The drive in my laptop has been replaced and I need to download SDL Trados, but I'm unable to. I was not able to deactivate my license before the drive was replaced, could this be the reason for the issue?

To download try a different browser please. I think it's only a browser issue and nothing to do with whether or not you deactivated.
On the deactivation, in case you also need to recover your licence.
For SDL Trados 2007 and SDL Trados Studio 2009 use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
For SDL Trados 2011 and SDL Trados Studio 2014 use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
For SDL Trados 2015, SDL Trados Studio 2017, SDL Trados Studio 2019 and SDL Trados Studio 2021 use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.

A different browser worked for the download. Thank you for your help!
I tried to reset the license (SDL Trados Studio 2014) and am getting the error code Socket error 2. Suggestions?
