no look up performed

Question

I have a problem with my SDL

for some reason it doesn't come up with the automatic translation

it says:

The support Team suggested the following solutions:

 - which is all correct in my case

and:

 but I'll need someone's help with the reset:

 It appears there are duplicate threads for this issue

 Have you done what was previously suggested? Remove TM - close any pen TM's and then add the TM back into the project and removed the MT provider, update Studio (2019 I believe you have) and then install the latest version from the SDL App Store?
