Hi,
I cannot access a file online in Cloud even though I have a licence and I have been working in the file until 3 minutes ago. I get the following message: 403 (NoLicenceAvailable). Can you please fix this so I can finish my translation?

Okay, thank you. This is kinda urgent and I still got no reply. I found a similar problem here: https://community.sdl.com/product-groups/translationproductivity/f/sdl-trados-live/32144/sdl-trados-live-crashing-error-403-no-licence-available -- but I am not using Trados on another computer, no one but me has my credentials, I only have ONE tab opened, and I still cannot believe this is happening when I have a deadline, and it has been working until a few minutes ago.
Please help!
I have no idea what the problem was, but it is working now, for some reason, so I can resume back to my work.
