I am a student from the University of Leeds, and just downloaded the SDL Trados 2019 version to my computer.
The university has purchased a year-long license for me and send the license key in email. However, the activation failed, and the system said " no licenses are available for the specified activation code".
If I logg in my account and follow the instruction to reset my license, there is no trace of license activation key in my account.
Could you help me fix that? Thank you so much!
